One core, mirrored at every level

The network is not a list of countries. Clusters are defined by configuration — a geographical region, or an association such as PostEurope. The same structure repeats from the core down to each operator: every level draws what it needs from above, and contributes back what it learns.

Blue marks a node that belongs to more than one group — Chile is in Latin America and in PostEurope at once.
II

Three pillars, one platform

Quality of service touches every part of the network, and the knowledge that supports it has lived in archives, e-mails, documents and the website. The resource centre brings it into one place — and keeps it growing with use.

PROCESSES AND EXPERTISEE-learning, videos and modules — ready to use or on demand.
COMMUNITY AND KNOWLEDGEThe assistant, a registry of experts, and a pool that grows with every question.
SERVICE QUALITYStandardised KPIs, review sessions, assessments and improvement tracking.
III

It answers from validated content — or it says so

A closed system has only two honest outcomes. There is no third one where the system fills the gap on its own.

DELIVEREDEvery statement cites the document it came from — title, article, language.
FORWARDEDThe question reaches the right expert. Their validated answer joins the pool: next time, the system will know.
